The Australian Concussion Guidelines for Youth and Community Sport provide clear guidance on recognizing and managing concussions, from injury to safe return to school, work, and sport. Developed by key Australian sports and medical organizations, they are aimed at the general public in settings where healthcare professionals may not be available.

Graded Return to Sport Framework for Community & Youth

The Graded Return to Sport Framework uses a clear, color-coded system to guide progression through each stage of recovery until full return to competition. Each stage should last at least 24 hours, and symptoms must return to baseline before moving on to the next stage or activity.
