Since completing her studies at the University of Queensland, Erin has worked for more than 15 years as a physiotherapist in a range of inpatient and outpatient services across Queensland, New South Wales and the United Kingdom. Erin has held various senior physiotherapy positions at the RBWH, Hervey Bay Hospital, Roma Hospital and The Tweed Hospital. Since 2017 Erin has been working in the field of Vestibular physiotherapy and has completed both competency and advanced level education in this area to expand her expertise in diagnosing and treating a range of vestibular conditions.
Most recently, Erin held the role of Acute Stroke Senior Physiotherapist with The Tweed Hospital, managing a busy caseload of complex patients as well as managing outpatient falls prevention. In this role, she commenced the development of vestibular competencies in the physiotherapy department, and provided clinical supervision, training and support to her allied health and medical colleagues.
Erin now splits her time between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, working clinically at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital as the acting Advanced Vestibular Physiotherapist.
