Renee De Maria is a highly practiced clinician and researcher who found her way to this area initially from a passion for falls prevention. She has worked in the field of Vestibular Physiotherapy since 2010 across various public and private settings giving a wide range of experience. She has led a variety of research activities and presented findings at multiple state and national conferences. Renee has completed advanced competency level training. Renee currently works as an Advanced Vestibular Physiotherapy Practitioner at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital working alongside Audiologists, Neurologists and ENT Surgeons to provide timely intervention for patients with dizziness. She enjoys learning and teaching having trained many staff in the clinical setting and assisting with competency training with Vestibular Education Australia.
